Last night I picked up food twice from too good to goo. Although I was already there at 7 p.m., the very unfriendly saleswoman didn't seem to go fast enough. It was cleaned and clearly shown to me that I was disturbing. When I had the nerve to ask for tartar sauce, she angrily took which of the other dishes that were ready in the display and slapped them on the counter. The fish must have been lying in the warming containers for hours because it was really shriveled and tough. If you look at the other reviews, the problem with the unfriendliness of the staff seems to be known. Probably nothing will change

Rude staff and zero service !! Never again North Sea Mannheim

Great, staff super friendly and great food!

Tried the offers several times and was always disappointed. Today I had herring which were as sour as bismark herrings. Will eat elsewhere in the future

Why were they or the toilet closed? Can you buy drinking, enjoy the food there and then pee ??

Is North Sea quality but I think it's one of the smallest because you can't get a seat in Essen's time? There was another North Sea, there was enough space!

Great with children too. The staff are very nice and child friendly. Our little boy whined about shortly before leaving because he couldn't get a soft drink for lack of cash. The North Sea employee got that and poured a very small one. Customer service and friendliness at its best!

Unfortunately not always great. However mostly. Today there were no vegetables anymore. And the fish was not so nice, because he is in oil. Just dab before serving, e.g. briefly put on kitchen paper. Only three stars because still the hiss are not wiped. Especially with high frequency of customers, I think that is very important !!

Went there yesterday, what a great service! We wanted to eat 2 menus, whereupon she said it was freshly prepared for us and was in 10min. Finished. She then asked us for drinks and went with us to the cash register, where she told the cashier, what would get as and that they would bring our order to the table. That was really more than great service! Super friendly, always a smile and the food was super mega delicious! Always happy! One finds so rare restaurants in which something is standard. Therefore, even like 10 ☆ ?

The taste was everything as usual. But my drink was forgotten here. When I addressed that, the saleswoman filled the glass with a spill and put it on my tray. Everything was soaking wet. I was only asked if garlic or cocktail sauce. I then said the cocktail sauce. A medium portion of Mixbox has two sauces. But I got a half-filled and a quarter filled waffle with cocktail sauce. I then wanted to the cocktail sauce Remoulade. The saleswoman wanted for 50 cents. Normally, I'm not that stingy as far as that goes. But this did not work. I'm not used to the North Sea. Disappointing! Never again to North Sea in Mannheim!

There are typical Nordsee prices and foods. In this Nordsee, at lunch time there are usually a huge crowd that consists of senior German people . You can barely find a sit. However circulation is fast.
